Every summer Thursday night, the vibrant streets of Chelsea, Michigan, transform into a lively celebration of arts, music, and community interaction. The "Sounds & Sights on Thursday Nights" event series brings the historical downtown to life with an array of performances that cater to all ages and tastes.

From June through July, between 6:30 and 8:30 p.m., locals and visitors alike can experience an eclectic mix of musical genres—from bluegrass and folk to rock and jazz. But music is just the start; the event also features a variety of arts and entertainment, including magicians, circus acts, and face painters, ensuring there's something to capture the imagination of every attendee.

One of the unique highlights is the 'How to Chalk' themed art stage, where children and adults can express their creativity under the guidance of skilled artists. This engaging activity not only entertains but also fosters a sense of artistic community among participants.
