User Data Deletion Instructions

You may request deletion of personal information or advertising platform data controlled by Michigan Media House, including data processed through our MMH Marketing API application (Meta App ID 921179871054993). You do not need to sign in to submit a request.

Email mike@mimediahouse.com with the subject “Meta Data Deletion Request.”

Include your full name, the email address associated with your request, your business name, and any relevant Facebook Page, Instagram professional account, Business Portfolio, or ad account name or ID. Describe what you want deleted. Do not send your password, app secret, access token, payment information, or other sensitive credentials.

We may ask for limited additional information to verify your identity and authority over the account. Once verified, we will remove or de-identify the data we control that is covered by your request, including stored authorization tokens, platform identifiers, cached advertising data, and related internal records when applicable. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days and will send a confirmation when processing is complete.

You can also remove the MMH Marketing API application or revoke its permissions through your Facebook or Meta account's business integration and app settings. Revoking access prevents future API access but may not automatically erase copies already stored in our systems, so submit the deletion request above if you also want those copies removed.

We may retain limited records when required by law, needed to resolve a dispute, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce an agreement, or document that a deletion request was completed. Data held directly by Meta or another platform is controlled by that platform and must be managed through its own privacy controls.
