Terms of Service
Last updated: August 30, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service apply when you access or use services provided by Michigan Media House, including our websites, Michigan Media House Operators, marketing services, and authorized advertising platform integrations. A separate proposal, statement of work, or service agreement may include additional terms. If those terms conflict with these Terms, the signed service agreement controls.
2. Services
Michigan Media House provides video production, content partnerships, digital marketing, advertising management, websites, automation systems, and related services. Specific deliverables, fees, media budgets, approval requirements, and service periods are defined in the applicable service agreement.
3. Advertising Platform Authorization
If you authorize us to connect to a Meta, Google, or other advertising account, you represent that you have authority to grant that access. You authorize us to access account information and perform only the reporting, analysis, setup, optimization, and management activities covered by your agreement and approvals. You remain responsible for your account ownership, payment method, media spend, products, offers, claims, landing pages, and compliance obligations. You may revoke platform access, subject to any continuing contractual obligations.
4. Third-Party Platforms
Meta, Google, and other third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. We do not control their availability, review decisions, auction results, account restrictions, data accuracy, or feature changes. You agree to comply with the policies of every platform used for your campaigns.
5. Client Responsibilities and Approvals
You must provide accurate information, timely access, lawful creative assets, and required approvals. We will not knowingly publish or activate advertising outside the authority and guardrails established for the engagement. Delays in access, approvals, payment, or platform review may affect delivery dates and results.
6. No Guarantee of Advertising Results
Advertising performance depends on factors outside our control, including market demand, competition, platform auctions, attribution, creative, offers, websites, budgets, and account history. We do not guarantee impressions, leads, sales, return on ad spend, rankings, or other business outcomes unless a signed agreement expressly states otherwise.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use our services for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, discriminatory, or unauthorized activity; to distribute spam or malicious software; or to violate a third-party platform's rules. We may suspend work that we reasonably believe creates legal, security, financial, or platform-policy risk.
8. Intellectual Property and Data
Each party retains ownership of its pre-existing materials. You retain ownership or control of your business data and advertising accounts. You grant us a limited right to process supplied content and authorized account data solely to provide, secure, document, and improve the contracted services. Ownership of new deliverables is governed by the applicable service agreement.
9. Privacy and Security
Our processing of personal and platform data is described in our Privacy Policy. Data deletion instructions are available at mimediahouse.com/data-deletion. You are responsible for keeping your own credentials secure and must not send passwords, app secrets, or access tokens through ordinary email, chat, or forms.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Michigan Media House will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or third-party platform actions. Our aggregate liability relating to a service will not exceed the amount paid to us for that service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow all of these limitations, so they apply only to the extent permitted.
11. Suspension and Termination
Either party may end services as provided in the applicable agreement. We may suspend access or work for nonpayment, security threats, unlawful activity, or material breach. Upon termination, we will remove or return data as required by the agreement, our Privacy Policy, and applicable law.
12. Changes and Contact
We may update these Terms as our services or legal obligations change. The revised date above identifies the latest version. Questions may be sent to mike@mimediahouse.com or Michigan Media House at (517) 926-8941.
